TIZOL-FLOT (TU 5762-015-08621635-2011) – thermal insulation slabs made from stone wool based on rocks of the gabbro-basalt group. Plates are with and without  covering aluminum foil, glass fabric, fiberglass.

Plates TIZOL-FLOT designed for thermal insulation of structures and equipment of all types of sea and river vessels have been approved by the Russian Maritime and River registers for use as ship insulation.

  • Basalt fiber melting temperature 1000 °C. Products TIZOL-FLOT are fireproof in accordance with Part 1 of Annex 1 of the International Code for Application of Fire Test Procedures (IMO Resolution MSS.61 (67)).
  • At loading, unloading, transportation and storage plates must  to ensure their protection from moisture and mechanical damage.
  • Warranty period of storage plates - 12 months. Warranty period of operation more than 50 years.
